CleanSeal

CleanSeal is a fully welded housing especially developed for hospitals, clean rooms and life science facilities and is available both for supply and exhaust air. This terminal housing equipped with high quality HEPA panel filters makes an ideal solution to achieve the high demands on air cleanliness by minimizing the number of particles and microorganisms in the air. Filters used in the housing are Megalam HEPA panels which are available in different depths MD, MX and MG and comes with either PU, GEL or DIN gasket.

CleanSeal is available in several standard sizes and different types of configurations.

The filter clamping system is adjustable for different filter depths. This scalability allows an upgrade of existing filter to a deeper filter with lower pressure drop. Low pressure drop filters can be used either to maintain pressure cascades or to get energy savings.

The housing is easy to handle and maintain since it´s equipped with a tooless filter clamping and a unique filter retainer. The filter is pre-positioned in the housing, no need for a third hand or a second person.

An innovative quick grid fastener and hinged diffusor plates gives direct access to the filter and control ports and opens easy with just a badge/card.
